So I'm kinda in my post jock gainer phase haha. Recently weighed myself and I'm at 312lbs kinda looking to bulk up more to 320-330lbs. Tips are greatly appreciated if you wanna help me "grow" i wouldnt say I'm a gainer gainer but I need to get back into weight lifting as I been lazy but 330lbs is a good start haha
