Deepthroat training with my Research and Desire device. I first practice complete deepthroat repetitions x15 and then I hold my deepthroat for as long as I can. Last exercise I test out how many repetitions I could do under 3 minutes. I wasn't entirely satisfied so I added an additional minute with much smoother oral thrusts. Needed to relax my tongue and throat while making a swooping motion as I eased the dildo in.
