What is required of a person who wants to be the master of his life?😛
I think the main thing is to give and open your awareness as fully as possible to the care of your life, to the very fact that you live here, in a certain place, at a certain time. Most of us seem to unthinkingly assume that we do have this awareness, and we only occasionally allow it to be obscured by various interventions - social pressures, attempts to reinforce our images, guilt, etc.🤔
In fact, such open and free awareness is extremely rare, and only people skilled in meditation and some other arts of contemplation can develop it to a significant level🔝🔝🔝
