I would like to share my friend @livya post about the changes to OF:

"Hi friends ♥ serious post alert! OF has made a few VERY detrimental changes to the website without informing us, creators and subscribers alike. The few changes I know of are:

(1) Tip limit has been decreased from $500 to $100 for a single tip. Subs are still able to tip over $100, they just have to send it in less than or $100 increments. This is BAD as creators are no longer able to receive larger amounts of tips, whether it's a generous gift or as payment for custom content. It's also easier for banks to flag these charges and overall limit the amount that creators are able to make.

(2) Maximum PPV (pay per view) prices have been cut down from $200 to $50. This is a HUGE cut and has the same if not worse effects than the tip changes. Creators are now f0rced to make their content cheaper or break it into small costs, which is highly inconvenient, and ultimately can limit their income. Most of my PPVs range from $15-125 so these changes will affect me. I'm unsure what to do with my higher priced PPV's as decreasing the cost isn't in the picture for me, and I hope you all respect that.

(3) This last one isn't applicable to me, but I thought I would share as it affects many others. The income creators can make through referral has been cut from LIFETIME to 1 year. This means that if another person signs up for OF through my referral, I am only able to earn money through their transactions for a year and not the previous lifetime duration. All of these changes might not affect fans/subscribers as much, but it 10000% affects creators and models on this platform.

I just wanted to let you guys know, as OF has not put out an official statement. OF is not my main source of income, but it is for A LOT of creators on here. I'm going to stick it out and see where the site goes with these changes. As OF gets more and more popular/accessible, more and more regulations will be put in place, mostly hurting creators. I know how much this platform means to a lot of creators/models/subs, and I want to encourage you all to stick with the creators you love! If you see them move to another platform for whatever reason, move with them! I want to hear your thoughts about this, whether you're a creator or a sub, let's talk! Feel free to DM me if you don't feel comfortable commenting."
