I’m trying to make my belly bounce… sitting on a chair, because standing is no longer possible.

Even like this, every move is a struggle: my breath gets heavy, my hands cling to the table so I don’t fall forward, my belly barely lifts and then crashes back down, pulling me forward each time. I get exhausted so quickly, flushed, trembling… after this clip I didn’t even feel well anymore, that’s how intense it was 🐷💦

In the video I even added a few seconds of slow-mo so you can really admire every ripple, every shake of my fat as it drops back down… 🥵🥵
