my most earnest attempt to try and take XL chance.. still not yet. a slow burn vid of just practice. i did my best to meditate and be patient with myself and my body, and to relax. and pay more attention. my heart races so much when XL chance gets in so its tough. at one point i wasnt sure if i was relaxed to open up at all, so i switched to L chance, and i had no issue taking him. XL chance is just that big! i will try again on saturday:)
