Got a UV blocking umbrella and some sunscreen so I can take my walks again! I was getting burnt without spf and slightly tanned through the sunscreen, even on short walks, so I called in some reinforcements 😜
Skin cancer runs in my family, and tends to hit the fairest of us the hardest. Fingers crossed I've taken enough precaution to avoid it down the line!
What do you do to stay active? I want to try kickboxing and I'm weightlifting again.
