If you want to receive the free rebill videos, you NEED to have the AUTO REBILL switched to ON.
I can’t miss anyone because it’s auto populated, so saying you didn’t get it means it wasn’t turned on. It’s a list that is generated by OF and it is absolutely accurate. Just because you resubbed doesn’t mean you have it set to auto rebill. They are different.
Please make sure it’s turned ON to receive the free rebill video. I want you to get it and enjoy it, so make sure to check this simple fix.
