First, tell me why you decided that this behavior was acceptable. And what do you think should be done to prevent this from happening again?" 🧐His words took me by surprise. 😳 I was expecting a reprimand, maybe even some harsh remarks. 😟 But his calm tone made me think. 🤷♀️ "Well...
