Most of my life , I always got extra attention for my physique. I took it for granted, but actually got turned on by the attention. But over the past ten years, I had many distractions that kept me from seriously getting back into shape. But after covid, then a surgical procedure for guys my age, I realized it was now or never. I decided to focus on the gym like never before. It took a year for me to reach this physical condition. Then in August, I started to post pictures of the results on Instagram.
I received real positive feedback on Instagram. It encouraged me to take the gym and dieting to the next level.
