Today is fucking Saturday :)
Just finished my third yoga lesson for today! Hatha this morning, strength and shoulder/throat/chest opening this afternoon, I got my arms buzzing from the energy released. God I love yoga now that I understand it! Wanna try my back bending in this position? It feels GOOD!
