I love curing red fish at home 🐟✨ So simple: rub the fillet with 3 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, and some pepper, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge. After 12 hours — tender, after 24 — rich in flavor. Slice thinly, serve with lemon and toast 😋
Do you prefer it lightly salted or with a stronger taste? 🤔
