I chose bl00dy mary’s, pool 🎱, and pizza today over going to the gym - my body needed a rest day as I ease back into my climbing routine lol 🫠 I was feeling antsy late night so decided to do some pull-ups and just move my body. I set up my camera at the end of my lil workout and had fun being my quirky, goofy self while struggling through some final pull-ups and stuffing sour jelly beans in my mouth lol

Workout pics or the workout never happened!!! Thanks for holding me accountable 🤣 Today, I did full upper body & core! I honestly hate pull movements (except for rows, but pull-ups can burn in the fiery pits of hell), but I looove presses. Excited to keep toning these bad bois!!

going to the gym today 🥰 super excited cause I had a crummy week and last week I didn't go going to work hard and pump all that negative energy out!

I woke up like this ☀️ and immediately put a heating pad over my morning boobies (chest) cuz I climbed a couple days ago for the first time since I tried to get back to it last Saturday. Felt really great while I was in the gym...not so much the next morning. So many new sets a the gym. So much FOMO. Good thing I have my toys to distract me while I continue to heal 😽 Stay tuned, editing some of the footage for you after my day job later today 🥵

Leg day! This is one of my home gym outfits😁 I’ve actually been so lazy with training lately 😭 getting back into it though! Can’t wait to share! 😊
