This will probably be one of the last times I go to these events unless I come back for holidays. (Excluding the ones I go to in Japan, but they are not going to be as informal) My teacher helped make this konpeito in Kyoto and a student was showing how to make edosenke style tea in the windy rooftop. I ended up having 4 cups of tea because I wanted to try from different people and different styles! Have you ever tried tea ceremonial grade matcha before?
