My weekly column that you can skip if you're only here for Amber. I can only write about my experiences in the Philippines but it might also apply to other Asian countries. So what's special about about trans women in the Philippines? The two greatest benefits would be that their second language is English and a surprisingly westernized culture for a developing Asian country. You see trans women everywhere and a lot move to the big cities to find good paying jobs working in call centers for the BPO industry where they are not asked to cut their hair. This would perfect their English skills even more and understanding of a western culture. So when you get support from Amazon for example, you could be talking to a beautiful trans woman from the Philippines. ;) -Jake
