Don't underestimate the benefit of daily dilator training. I attribute this as one of the reasons I started to enjoy anal so damn much. I was hesitant to buy these as I though £50 was expensive for a few pieces of plastic but I'm so glad I did. If you're doing any anal training yourself or training someone else I recommend these. Starting out with the smaller one and just leaving it in for 15-30 mins/day then working your way up as you feel comfortable taking more
