Good morning!! I wanna tell you the good news about me - I actually started going to the gym 3 times a week!! I'm very happy about this I remember once when I was a teen i bought a gym membership for group training and YOGA (I REALLY wanted to try it) but I was very uncomfortable in the gym🥺And the male yoga teacher was quite strange and when he said “close your eyes and relax” I became even more uncomfortable loooool But in the new gym I am with a sweet girl as a trainer and she is veryyy cool! On the plus side: my back no longer hurts, I feel like it has become more mobile. I also seem to be becoming more confident Of the minuses - nothing.
