Hopped in the shower before I go off to the gym ♡ Hehe I know it seems counterintuitive tho I’m on my period & I felt gross 😵💫😵💫 Been feeling cramps, back pain, the whole 9 yards 😮💨🥲 hopefully moving my body more will help 🫠🥰🤭
