I've been trying to do lil things each morning to help my mental health, like going outside for a bit to sit and journal (or basically write a diary, but journaling sounds cooler)
I haven't had a diary since I was a kid, and back then I mostly just used it to talk about my crushes, but lately my thoughts have been so overwhelming I've felt like I need somewhere to put them
there are just so many feelings and thoughts I want to talk about with someone without having to bring my friends down, so my new friend Diary is helping with that
probably a therapist would help too, but for now I think this is doing fine
I feel a lot better and clearer-headed after writing!
