Yoga Flow Friday I am going to try something new. In my past life I was a yoga teacher, due to some things that happened when I was practicing yoga and after my broken back I actually stopped practicing. Since 2019 actually. Sunny and I made a yoga room in our home, a very intentional ritual space where I am getting back into my practice and have a supportive partner through all of those emotions. My back still hurts in certain positions but it feels good to move again. I have never recorded myself doing yoga so we just did a very short little flow and my goodness I was nervous, but it feels good to share this part of me. Something that was once so big in my life and rewrite this story for myself. So while this is not sexual, it is intimate and has been a part of my morning routine for two weeks now. Not only for accountability but for my own keepsake I am going to start a Yoga Flow Friday. This Friday I am starting with just a very short flow just to see how I like it.
