Did I even go hiking if I didn’t expose myself while doing it? The answer is, of course, yesss, but more often than not, I can’t help myself because if you haven’t noticed, getting naked outdoors is one of my favorite things in this whole wide world🥰
The day before I left for my roadtrip, I had a sudden desire to go on a long hike up in the Angeles Crest Forest. As much as I unconditionally love them, being around family can stir up a lot sometimes, so I wanted to make sure I got the nature therapy necessary to clear my mind before a week in my hometown staying with my parents.
I’m so glad I listened to my intuition and gave mySelf the time to get grounded. This week has been lovely and also triggering in some ways. Thankfully, I feel as if I am continuing to speak and act from my heart space. I know that is a choice. I just think I’m more aware because I prepared properly and filled my cup the best way I know how.
