Chia Pudding Prep🥥👩🍳 I coordinated, hosted & cheffed for a Full Moon Women’s Brunch yesterday alongside my creative PIC, Cecily, and what an absolute success it was! Nourishing the ones I love with high vibe deliciousness is a love language of mine, and it’s a gift to be able to do that for this event. I’ll share more about the gathering soon, but here I am in the kitchen the day before making coconut chia pudding for the chia pudding bar. It’s actually a super simple and healthy recipe I came up with so perhaps you can try at home sometime after following along. You can top it with almost anything you would put in yogurt or oatmeal but it’s wayyy more nutrient dense with the potent omega 3s. And you know I didn’t leave you hanging without a special booty view while I stirred the pot at the end.
