I left the house and 30 steps down the road I couldn’t handle my big heavy jeans so came home and changed 😆 I couldn’t help it but got some churros. I will pay for all of this tomorrow but it was worth it. Some days are a lot easier to be stronger at saying no when it comes I shouldn’t eat. It’s easier when I’m alone but when I’m out in a group I hate feeling like the odd one out so churros and Nutella it was 😆 So far it’s been a braw wee day and it’s still not even the weekend yet 💪🏽 Back home for some beach supplies as it’s tooo hot to be anywhere other than the sea 🥵
