Seems like a good time to remind some people that I am in fact a lawyer and I have a very low threshold for tolerating bullshit. In two years on Fansly I've never had to block a subscriber. Until today. I'll spare you the details, but let me also just remind everyone: I'm actually a creator who can, will, and does pursue copyright infringements and intellectual property theft. Most creators cannot because of the legal costs associated. I have no legal expenses aside from filing fees and I do it in my spare time. My content is edited differently for each platform and differently when I send individually send vids---this, it's pretty easy to determine where it came from if and when it ends up being shared or pirated. Platforms do not give customer info upon request, but they are forced to if they are subpoenaed. Really think twice before stealing/sharing/pirating ANY content you are not the owner of. 99.8% of my subscribers and and fans and followers are fine and always nice and respectful and so stuff like this never comes up. I'm generally pretty nice and quiet and keep to myself.....until you piss me off.

While most are here for a good time, there are assholes in every bunch. Please take a moment to once again read the copyright notice and also consider yourself informed that a copyright fine of $30K will be the absolute least of your troubles.

This happened last night. The user made a comment on a post about “it’d be a shame if (my minor child) knew about this”.

When you agree to terms of service on Fansly and create an account, your IP address is logged. When you enter your (or your parent’s) card information to pay to view my content, all of that is logged also. Date, time, card number, IP address…essentially leaving a damning trail.

This user willingly misrepresented themselves multiple times to be over 18, intentionally violated Fansly terms of use for the self admitted intention of using the content on my page to maybe “get lucky”, insinuating they would show my child.

Really, while a quick $30K is going to be nice for me - no doubt, the worst part about this is how uniformed this individual is. Providing pornography to a minor and blackmail are both felony offenses in my state - even if a minor commits the offense. This person went above and beyond to get to my page, create an account, add card info - did I mention something already about a damning digital trail and footprint? Great lengths gone to attempt to blackmail someone.

I was courteous and sent screenshots of the comment (not posted, my child’s name does not belong here), along with these - giving them a heads up that this issue was taken to law enforcement. A case has been filed for sexual coercion involving a minor. Read more about that here, at this federal .gov website: https://www.womenshealth.gov/relationships-and-safety/other-types/sexual-coercion

That’s only the criminal part of things. Then I have to prepare for a civil suit, not only for that copyright infringement, but for the irreversible damage this malicious act has caused. Luckily for me, this user wasn’t too intelligent and provided admission
