Ummm wtf I think I sprained my knee!! I’m in a lot of pain rn. I’m going to investigate and try to get some care today so apologies if I don’t post or it’s a little slow!! I can’t make any content tonight my knee is being weird and swollen up and is too painful. Will get an early night and talk to a doc tomorrow xxx
