I went to a float spa today!! The water has a TON of salt in it so you’re completely buoyant. It’s also the same temperature as your body so you hardly feel it. You close the top and it’s pitch dark and you just relax for an HOUR! Endorphins kick in and It’s heaven. I needed this so badly 🫠 Really trying to balance work and TLC before surgery day! (Also sorry/not sorry if body hair bugs you because I totally forgot to shave my pits all week and you’re not supposed to shave before soaking as it will 100% irritate your skin 😌😌😌)
