My fitness sucks so I’ve started running and damn it’s hard! 🥵 It's embarrassing how quickly I need to stop, so here I am going out this morning even when it’s raining! Cheer me on and tell me I can do it lol that way I might be able to go more than 10 mins without a rest 🙈 Honestly though I think I’m gonna start swimming again instead 😂

Woke up today in a terrible mood ! I don't understand how and why it happens, the day hasn't started yet and I already feel like everything is bad 🙈 went straight to the gym to try to fix it 💪🏽
