This was my first ever long excursion for a long period โค๏ธ I came across a wonderful guide - a local woman who talked about customs and traditions. I really love listening to stories and legends, so I decided to share these photos with you ๐Ÿ˜˜ First, I was in a temple and was taught how to make offerings to the local gods. This is a rather interesting ritual associated with flowers ๐Ÿชท (it smells very nice and calm). Then I went to a tea degustation. They gave me a huge amount of coffee and tea to choose. By the way, your help would have been helpful, it was all very hard to drink alone hahah ๐Ÿ˜ Afterwards I arrived at the temple of the water god, where I wished myself and you all good health and good luck. I needed to plunge under the waterfalls and pray ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป This is a very interesting and inspiring ritual and process, Iโ€™m very delighted ๐Ÿ’—

Okay, so let me tell you about this time in Thailand when I decided to switch things up and skip the beach for a day. Shocking, I know, but I was in the mood for something different because a local suggested I check out this hidden gem of a waterfall tucked away in the jungle, so I thought, why not?

The adventure started with a bumpy tuk-tuk ride that felt like a rollercoaster except with more potholes ๐Ÿ˜‚ Once I got to the trailhead, it was all lush greenery and the sound of birds chirping, which was a total vibe. The air smelled earthy, and it felt so good to just be surrounded by nature. But let me tell you, the hike to the waterfall? Whew, that was a workout. but thankfully i was wearing shoes!๐Ÿ˜…

But then, I heard the sound of rushing water. It was like the jungle was teasing me, letting me know I was getting closer. And when I finally got there... wow! It was worth every step. The waterfall was gorgeous, cascading down into this crystal clear pool. The mist was cool on my face, and the water sparkled in the sunlight filtering through the trees๐Ÿ˜

I didnโ€™t even hesitate I stripped down to my bikini and jumped in. The water was cold, but in the best way. It was so refreshing after the hike, and I felt this instant sense of calm, like all my stress had just melted away. I floated there for a while, staring up at the falls, feeling so connected to the moment. It was pure magic ๐ŸŒฟโœจ

There were a few locals there too, and they were super friendly. By the time I left, I was soaked, barefoot, and grinning like a fool. The waterfall wasnโ€™t just a place it was an experience. I loved how different it was from my usual beach days. It reminded me that sometimes, the best memories come from stepping outside your comfort zone and trying something totally new. Would I do it again? absolutely๐Ÿฅฐ
