Today I went to a group training again! We did 45 minutes of strength exercises with a barbell (5 kg!🫢) Even though I had already gone to a group training, I was still a little worried. But I quickly got involved and managed to do everything at an excellent pace, and the coach even praised me ❤️ I was very embarrassed because she was complimenting my technique and how I understood and felt my body. And at that moment I was thinking that the trainer from my gym was just doing a great job on my endurance, haha 😁Overall, it was fun, although a little tiring. Glad I tried it!
