Hey y'all! Sorry for my absence the past few days. I have been struggling a lot with my mental health the past few months. Reached a bit of a breaking point the other day and took some very needed time to myself. Realized I have been putting a lot of pressure on myself and have been putting myself to impossible expectations. I've talked a lot of this through with my husband and therapist and am now in a much better, more positive headspace. Got to be kind and patient with myself.
