Hello everyone! ^^ I am back! Doing much better. I really needed the time away. I had also started a new anxiety medication, which side effects were messing me a bit. So the week also gave me a grace period to deal with those. But i've figured out some ways to try and get my balance a bit more stable. Excited to get back into things and I am excited for my next cosplay coming up ;P I also ask for just a bit of extra patience with me this week for messaging. I've got a lot to catch up on haha

Getting back to my strething routine^^ I gave it up for a few months because life got super busy and stressed. I am slowly getting back now because moving my body is the best thing for my mind as well. It feels good finally ground yourself, stop thinking about things and only listening to the feelings in your body...
