my eye started hurting today — blinking felt sharp and uncomfortable. I rinsed it, no change. so I chose stillness. closed my eyes, wrapped myself in music — a soft, magical playlist. and then, almost naturally, I began to move. my hands traced my own skin, not to soothe, but to feel. each touch was slow, curious… like meeting myself again. and somehow, it became a dance. a quiet, sacred one. not for the world — just for me. I filmed fragments. didn’t clean up. didn’t pose. at first it was just for me. but watching it again… I felt like sharing this little ritual. the pain in my eye remained, but my mind was elsewhere — somewhere gentler. #fyp #video #freevideo #neon #tomboy #tiktok #dance #dancing #nonbinary #androgynous

Moving my body to music as the sun goes down. ☀️ “It doesn't matter what it looks like; it matters what it feels like” as Bryan Kest says. ( @naomiwildman3 recommended his power yoga class to me, and I’ve been practicing it fairly consistently the last month or so). As I danced I did feel really good because I was present. There were no thoughts in my mind. Thus my state of being was peaceful and joyous. 😌 I hope you can find some peace today. If you don’t feel like dancing, just observe the breath flowing in and out of your body. You cannot think and observe the breath at the same time. All it takes is one conscious breath to break the stream of your thoughts and bring you to conscious presence and awareness. Peace my friends ✌️
