challenging myself to go on a 15-20 min run everyday for 4 weeks, it's only day 3 and i'm so sore 😅 hoping i can look back at this and see some positive body changes, but mainly to get my energy back to where it needs to be 🤞 everyone swears by cardio for the mental benefits so i'm trying to learn to love it lol
