I woke up with a terrible kink in my neck and just didn’t know what to do to fix it so I called my trainer and begged him to come over and help me! Being the awesome trainer he is @dark_pov knew exactly what to do to fix my neck and oh boy did he fix it … I think I may have to mess my neck up more often 🤤
