Just as I was rejoicing over the sunny days, the very next day it started pouring rain! Ha-ha!🌸 But it was actually very timely! My skin got a bit of rest and my tan settled in!🩷 Plus, the islands are so beautiful during a storm! I am especially mesmerized by the very start of the downpour, when the sea turns azure blue, and the dark blue sky is covered with scary black clouds!😍 I started watching the movie Society of the Snow! I've only watched half of it so far, but I'm really impressed by this story! By the way, this film was nominated for an Oscar in the categories of International Feature Film and Makeup and Hairstyling!😎 But what amazed me most were the visual effects, especially how the plane crash was depicted! It's the first time I've seen such a realistic portrayal of a crash!🤯 The film is about the FH-227 disaster in the Andes in 1972! A group of surviving passengers tries not to die in the midst of icy mountain wasteland at an altitude of nearly four thousand meters!🥶 While I was writing this, a huge centipede crawled into the room and scared me to death!! Haha! But I heroically expelled it with the help of a map guide!! I hope now it will run off to its business in the jungle, and not come back to me...
