I've been dedicating the last three days to cooking! I decided to focus on Asian soups!🩷🌸 On Monday, I made miso soup, while it's far from perfect, I couldn't find the right tofu!😭 But nevertheless, it turned out quite well! After all, it's hard to mess it up... haha!😅 On Tuesday, I made vegan ramen! Lots and lots of shiitake and crispy tofu fried in breadcrumbs! It seems this soup turned out the best!💕 And today, I tried making Tom Yum with mushrooms!🥰 I thought it would be difficult to find the necessary ingredients here, but to my surprise, I managed to get almost everything...🐰 Except for kaffir lime leaves, they were sold out!😩 Seems like I'm not the only one here making Tom Yum!🤫 So now I'm thinking about what soup to make tomorrow! If u have any ideas – I'd love to hear them!!💜 Also, I finished watching The Gentlemen on Netflix!🍀 I was pleased with the ending! Dinner is served 😋 I love breakfasts, it's one of the most pleasant and sweet moments of the day! We have such a wonderful place that serves delicious breakfasts. Prepping some ingredients for dinner 🥘 I’ve been trying to cook more and meals that are more or less just throwing things in a pot of sauce are perfect for me.
