The trainer is a wonderful woman who explains to me in detail about the function of different muscles!🐰 She specifically selects unique and interesting exercises, for instance, to correct posture or to target problem areas!🤯 This is very beneficial for me since I spend quite a lot of time in front of the computer, and I need to be in shape for shoots! Tennis alone isn't enough!😅 Yesterday, I watched the sixth episode of Sex Education! It was a heart-wrenching episode! I think it'll make the list of best episodes in TV history that focus on funerals!😮😭 Almost finished the puzzle with my dad! Yes, we are still working on it!😅💕 He has also started attending therapeutic fitness classes! He goes to the same place I do!😎 At this rate, he might easily start dating again soon!
