It's not good.
Fansly reiterated it's point that it doesn't want me to make parodies or other copyrighted works, that it violates ToS, and that my proposed "link them off-site" solution wouldn't work either.
It turns out that even if the content is off-site, having me advertise it here is still a problem. I know this is the "official" response and that Fansly has been very generous with how I post content in the past, but I feel the need to take this seriously to protect myself going forward. Therefore, I WILL NO LONGER BE POSTING ABOUT OR MENTIONING NARUTO, MHA, CODE GEASS, OR ANY OTHER LICENSED WORKS IN MY POSTS.
Will I be updating those stories in the future? Yes, but not directly on Fansly. I'll be adding new chapters/content to the archive, and letting you know via Twitter or Facebook when they're updated. At most, I'll let you everyone on Fansly know when the archive has been updated- but that's all. I won't tell you what's been updated or how many pages/chapters/etc., so you'll need to check the "Ongoing" section and find out for yourself. I won't be linking the archive in these posts either, you'll need to scroll down to the achive post or save the link/password somewhere. It's possible that Fansly will even start to go after my archive link posts in the future, (I doubt it, but it's possible,) in which case we may be well and truly screwed.
You all might see this as overreacting seeing as Fansly has been letting me post parody works for so long. "Maybe it was just a weird bot or a single moderator?" you might be thinking. I want you to be fully aware that if this were ANY OTHER WEBSITE I would've already been banned and the account would've been deleted. It happened on Patreon, Deviantart, Instagram, and almost my freaking Google Drive. I can't tell you how relieved I am that Fansly values me enough to actually give me multiple chances, but who knows how much thin ice I'm on right now?
It's not like those series will be discontinued- I'll explain more with the new schedule.
