I went to a nudist beach yesterday! Nothing is more liberating that wearing nothing but a sun hat while strutting your stuff in nature. I was a little nervous at first to film this video. Just spreading my body around and doing yoga felt like an exhibitionst act, then I started filming. 😂 Being fully exposed to the elements, splashing around in the ocean and getting that lovely natural exfoliant all over my body is such a nourishing experience. I got to experience something super cool yesterday with @socanuma . We got to do a naked sauna and cold plunge. Neither of us had ever done this before, and I was SHOCKED at how difficult it was.
