Last week Onyx really wanted to make the roommates a Mediterranean feast for dinner so we invited Steph over to join us and we turned on the live stream. Love how easy and fun last minute streams are now adays 🫶 Back in the day running the stream used to be so much work. I used to have to setup all the cameras, lights and other equipment each time we streamed. That alone could take a few hours of work easily. Nowadays I leave everything setup and ready to go in our kitchen. We don't have a kitchen table anymore but it was worth the trade off. We eat on the ping pong table if we really need to all sit down together. It also makes it so much better when you have a house full of content creators living with you. We can plan a last minute stream and only need to get 1 or 2 friends to drive over in order to have a full 5 person stream. Makes scheduling for the show way more predictable. Chaturbate puts a 5 person max limit on how many people you can have on stream and I always wanted to hit that limit for my Sunday streams so I would invite 5-6 friends knowing that 1-2 would cancel and so we would always have back up. When you have your friends living in the house, they are way more likely to show up for a stream. Part of the reason I don't charge anyone rent tbh. It's a fair trade IMO.
