I went to a workout at a really posh gym yesterday but I didn’t quite like the vibe because it did feel a bit stuck up like some things tend to here in the UK 😆 The workout was super good and ruthless though so I am bathing my sore lil bod in the bath tonight lol 💦 Think I might try give MMA another go here instead! It was such a good way to meet people and get fit when I did it in NZ although it feels slightly more daunting doing it here hahaha #fy #fyp

Tried on some new workout gear today to start my fit girl life here… I’m absolutely useless when it comes to working out 😆 but I’m going to try because there’s a gym in the apartment I’m staying in and I’ve never had that before!
