A samovar is more than just a traditional Russian tea urn; itβs a symbol of hospitality and warmth. Its ornate design often features intricate engravings, and itβs used to brew tea over a direct flame, creating a cozy atmosphere for gatherings. When the water boils, you can mix it with strong tea concentrate to serve a perfect cup, often accompanied by pastries or sweets. For me, the samovar embodies cherished moments spent with family and friends, sharing stories and laughter over steaming cups of tea. Although no one uses a samovar in Belarus, and perhaps nowhere else either, it was nice to meet such antiques with friends) the tea turned out to be very tasty!
