Health Update Hey I had quite a big scare and went to the Emergency Room yesterday because of it. The left side of my face was teary eyed and causing muscle spasms at random over the past few days. On Saturday night I noticed that it was extremely difficult for me to close my left eye, but I had passed it off as a strange allergic reaction since I get those a lot in the summer from my cat shedding or other outdoor things. Usually things like that go away in a few hours. I went to sleep and woke up feeling slightly better, but became extremely concerning when I looked in the mirror to find that the left side of my face was looking very awful. After looking into symptoms online, a lot of things came up such as hemifacial spasms, warnings of a stroke and possibly even a brain tumor. After visiting the ER, they took a CAT scan of me and diagnosed me with a strange case of something called Bell's Palsy. Supposedly, it's like chicken pox and can randomly happen to adults without much of any reason at all. Like chicken pox, it should heal itself over time, however, the doctor said that it's a weird case because not all of the symptoms made sense. Hopefully nothing bad comes of it and I'm alright soon, but I'm still very worried because of what he told me. I've been put on meds for the next week that should help with symptoms, and I will be taking things slowly until then. I am optimistic that things will start to get better soon and just wanted to update you all on what's been going on. I hope you're all healthy and doing okay because I never want any of you to have to deal with something like this. I'd greatly appreciate your love and prayers during this time ❤️

Good Morning Everyone
It's been 2 weeks since I made the last announcement and I wanted to give you all an update.
Long story short, I am okay, but I'm still having random issues.

The left side of my face that was originally having the issues has slowly healed entirely. The facial numbness and eye twitching I was having there are completely gone. However, after finishing the medication I was prescribed last Tuesday, I've had another persistent headache that has been on and off since Friday on the back side of my head. I am also now experiencing slight eye twitching on my right eye. No numbness, watering or twitching anywhere else though, which is a positive. I've been taking things super slowly, and I plan to keep doing so until this fully goes away because I don't want to push myself and make this any worse. I usually don't take any medication for headaches and they get better in a few days, but it's been really bad this morning and has been lasting since Friday which is quite worrying. So I've ordered myself some Tylenol this morning, and if the headache is not gone in a few more days I will be going into a walking clinic for a checkup.

That being said, these issues are no where near as concerning as what happened to me originally, they're more just annoyances of what I assume is a persistence of my condition. From what the doctor told me, these issues can last for up to 2-4 weeks until they fully go away, sometimes even longer. I'm hoping it's not the latter and things are gone asap. Unfortunately that's all I can give for an ETA right now. I want to apologize that I've not been active in the server as I'm just trying to avoid any work related stress right now. I'm hoping to beat this thing out of my system and come back strong for you all next month with some great new things. Thank you all for your patience, support and love. Hope you're all doing well and taking care of yourselves, love you lots. 💜
