The response I got back from orgasm alley was that this has been an issue in the past. They told me to go buy parts and disassemble and the parts to fix it. Umm, what? You sold me a machine that you KNEW had issues and couldn’t care to fix the issues BEFORE you sold it to me? They basically said, hope you’re mechanically inclined because we aren’t fixing it OR refunding you! So again. Do not buy from orgasm alley. They’ll sell you expensive products they know are faulty to make a quick buck. Crazy.
