my room feels so magical to me sometimes
I never really got to decorate my place before like I have this house. Growing up it just wasn't important to anyone I lived with. Sort of a 'waste of money'. For a while after that I didn't feel like I was staying anywhere too long. I was always on the move. Now I am settled in and creating a space that present me and past me feels super safe in. 🩵 Will I have to take down everything to paint? Yes. haha but I really have no clue when I am going to paint. I am not rushing life if I don't have to.
Ps you can kinda see what I did to get AC in my upstairs bedroom haha I have crank out style windows so the AC fit with the window fully cranked out. Got some wood in there and insulated the gaps. Boom. AC in some old windows from the 50's. I do think once summer is over I am going to paint the wood so it is extra cute for next year.
