A topic I have been going over lately are values. Specifically what are my values? This is something I haven't really thought of before. I never took more than 15 seconds to even think about it. What do I value in my life? What guides me? Being able to write down a list of my top values and being able to visualize was really satisfying. It feels good to learn more and more about myself. Authenticity is my number one value. I want authenticity to leak into all the parts of me. Including my work. I think part of being authentic is super cringy and uncomfortable for me right now. I used to really try to hide who I was. I got to a point where I didn't even know who I was anymore. So heres to the cringe and uncomfy feelings of figuring out who we are.
