For the past two weeks I have been using this type of long toy to dilate the part above the sigmoid colon, but every time I would bleed. The good news is that today I actually sat on the horse-shaped toy to the bottom. In the past, usually in this case there would be 1/3 left outside before it got stuck (my sigmoid colon can only withstand toys that are no thicker than 5 cm or no longer than 36 cm)
