some post-gym tiddy from this week💜 it feels so good to finally be almost back to where I was before I had to take like 6 months off for being sick; I can bench the bar again🥹

I’ve been a lil lazy with going to the gym, but I’ve finally come to a point where I look forward to working out because I feel so good afterwards :3 Hopefully I’ll stay motivated because it makes my ass and thighs look so goooood<3

It was a wonderful and effective time. But how I love gyms! I admit, I love a lot of weight (relatively big, because I'm a girl😂) and it definitely gives me an endorphin boost🔥 There is also an atmosphere and discipline. I like physical activity and I'm so glad to do it again in a pleasant place💪🏼😍
