I feel like a tea smuggler. Why? Because there are 275 tea bags in my suitcase x) there is literally tea sticking out of every corner of my suitcase. But at least my friends will be happy to have their favorite beverage. I had one serious conversation with my sister and I realized that there is one important thing to talk about. Maybe If something happens that takes you out of your normal state and the situation is not urgent and you can put it off for at least half an hour or 10 minutes, just distract yourself with something. It is important to notice how you feel, if some event or someone's words have disturbed your moral state and you can not think straight, it is best not to act on emotions, just watch some videos, play games, etc. and later try to analyze your feelings. But it may not be a good idea to make decisions in this state or to keep dialoguing. Come back to this later with a fresh head and a full understanding of what happened to you.
