This is not a fun situation. I got a pinched nerve in my back. Last time that happened to me, I spent 3 months in bed (or more) I'll try to take care of myself. It's a shame, because today I planned to take new photos ... And I have nothing to eat, I will order food delivery from the café, so as not to injure my back even more, and you can take care of me and feed me :3

I'm a little sad for various reasons, including the fact that I hurt my knee today while helping the movers move out some broken furniture. I hit myself with all my might with the corner of a metal table right in the knee and now it hurts to bend my leg etc. Ordered some healthy food and delicious food in hopes that it would help my body somehow

I hurt my knee yesterday (I don't understand how) it hurts to bend my knee and I need to rest today, I hope I can recover faster. I'll try to take new pics too.
